Kanban Tool

★★★★★ For business management, there are no other tools that can be recommended as highly as the Kanban Tool.

★★★★★ This is an amazing tool. I am not just impressed by the application itself but the overall utility of this product across platforms. I know there are tools to maintain and track your projects and tasks out there that I have also used and continue to use in order to manage my projects and teams, but this serves a specific niche that those complicated offering (likes of Atlassian) do not fill. This is simply, straight-forward, single page view of all your tasks. Of course, you can customize and make it more complicated, but for me, it's perfect right out of the box. Every morning I look at my calendar to determine how much time I have besides meetings, then I'd look at this tool to check the tasks on my list, determine how many I can fit in today, move them to Today bucket based on my priority and the rest of the day just falls in place. When there is a new task that I remember, I simply pull the device that I have access to and add it to my list and nothing falls through cracks. Now, this tool is very useful for productivity, but I would also stress that this is great for personal tasks also. Need to fill school form, Need to register for Y, add to the list. And so on.

★★☆☆☆ Less than optimal. Use the screen estate properly, should be no need for scrolling to view a board on a normal phone today

★★☆☆☆ There are other boards out there, like Kanban Flow which give way more for free. And why can't we pay annually? Why do they have to extract money every month???? Sounds questionable....

★★☆☆☆ Tried to set up an account in the app, which promoted me to a webpage to create an account but trying to sign up in the app created a domain, and now I can't sign up because the domain is taken. Since it's taken, by the attempt to sign up in the app, I'm unable to create and user/password, and so I'm left with a dead domain and no way to use this app Might want to review that process a bit
