I made a slot in Kalyan Silks and when I went there, there were no staffs, security officers said that they were not informed about the slot, before the time itself I tried to conduct them they don't take my phone when I have gone there they took the phone, the authorities at least need to inform about the cancellation. I have gone at the slot time with my family for wedding purchase through this app - I booked my slot. Iam highly dissatisfied with this

Worst experience with kalyan silks. I ordered a saree they didn't dispatch it on time and the lady who chats on WhatsApp is fraud lady she will cook up her own story dispatch is done etc. n in my case she was playing for 2 days saree is dispatched and 3rd day she said saree is out of stock such lier they have appointed to waste customer time my request is don't buy online from them u visit store n buy. They will do a lot of drama in doing refund as well such reputed brand they are.
