This is a great service for an extremely affordable price. I've gotten treatment for ear infections, infection from a cut on my foot, bronchitis, depression, asthma etc. I highly recommend this app to anyone who can't go to the doctor physically for in person treatment.

I've gone years not seeking treatment for a recurring embarrassing condition because in the past, it has been inconvenient, anxiety-inducing, and ineffective to go to the doctor and ask for help. With K Health, I was able to have a short sign up and chat with a Healthcare professional within minutes from my couch at 10:30pm on a Friday night on a holiday weekend. I felt respected and heard, and was able to receive the appropriate prescription without shame.

I have had two very bad experiences where I had a simple uti and have been told that I have to go to a lab to be tested before they will prescribe anything. The reason I went to them is that I am limited on time as a single parent with a full time and part-time job. And I still had to pay the 74 dollars for the visit. And was also not able to get treatment, due to time constraints, for a few days. I would not recommend if you are needing treatment without a doctor's visit.

The app itself works fine, the service is terrible. I spent a lot of time having an AI ask me questions. Then instead of a video chat I get text chat with a doctor. Finally, the doctor said information would be emailed to me, which I never received. I sighed back on and requested the email. Still no email. Waste of time. Very poor service.
