This is a well-designed app to pair with a well-designed product. From the app, you can set timers that limit the amount of time your Joey charges devices, ring your Joey, set a distance alarm, and set up a notification when your Joey reaches a low-charge state. The app is super intuitive. Kudos to the developers because I think they've thought of everything!

The app configures without issue, however, when attempting to "turn on" the alarm via the app, the app crashes and disconnects from the phone entirely. This is clearly a major bug and I will be returning the product. (The device came standard installed in a Kathmandu backpack fyi) Developer/s - please respond.

Does not work my Pixel 5. Won't connect at all. Checked with my older phone and worka fine. But since it won't connect with my current phone, it useless at this time. Please advised. Tx.

Joey indicates Bluetooth connected but the app won't recognise the connection and keeps telling me to get closer to the Joey device. I have gone through troubleshooting methods and still nothing. This app is useless.
