I found the advent calendar to be very good, we have as a family every year for the last 5 or so and always brings the Christmas joy. This year there have been a few issues with videos and do feel it is not quite up to previous standards. However, for the amount of work that goes in every year, I feel getting it spot on every year is difficult. Looking forward to next year. Thank you

SO DISAPPOINTED!!! We've been getting these advent calendars since they were introduced, and they have become a greatly anticipated part of our holiday traditions. There have been years when the calendar was annoyingly glitchy on Android, but this year takes the cake. The videos will load and play maybe 15 seconds, then just buffer, FOREVER. By trying over and over and over and over... I've actually seen 3 videos start to finish - yahoo. If really like a refund, but I doubt see that happening
