Dear Team I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to report an issue with my Jio motive GPS tracker device. The device is not providing me with accurate trip data. My driver undertakes multiple trips with a 15-minute interval between each trip. However, the Jottings app consolidates all these trips into a single trip, making it challenging to track and identify the individual trip data. This issue is crucial for my operations, and I would appreciate it if this could be resolved ASAP.

Initially the Jio Motive device was working properly, and until recently for the past 10 days everything stopped working. Device didn't work well, and the app doesn't show live location and not even the vehicle is on or off. Not even a single notification comes in for the past 10 days. Not sure if this is due to the software update or something else. Even plugged out from the OBD device and plugged in and all the lights where shown properly but still app doesn't show any real time status.
