★★☆☆☆ I wanted to suggest updating the JINYA app to send notifications to the customer when their order is ready. This will prevent customers from coming to the restaurant just to be told their order still isn't ready yet. The time ready suggested in the app isn't always correct.

★★☆☆☆ Unable to use, cannot modify orders. Now I get to wait around at the busy bar to try and get service instead of just walking in and walking out.

★★☆☆☆ Rewards idea is awesome. I've accumulated a bunch of points from several visits then all of a sudden without notice, my points get turned to reward dollars that make up less than the rewards. Wish I was informed it would expire or convert. I would've used my rewards for a ramen. Sad day. Defeats the thrill of a rewards program if Jinya just takes the rug from under us whenever and without notice.
