★★★★★ Easy to use, tweak variables and hone in quickly on specific holiday requirements. Occasionally comes up with 'This holiday no longer available' but it's an active process, so maybe that's just holidays being booked under your feet.

★★★★★ Overall ok but why don't u discount on seats and bags...(not meals) Disappointed as sometimes need to take extra baggage as my own home. I don't eat onboard as I get queasy...so no benefit for me.... I travel regularly with Jet2.....every year more than once..... Still no allowance on just seats and bags(I see the price has increased tho Update: On checking Jet2 online still no offers for Seats and Bags....and the price of the Bags allowance keeps going up! Update February 25 still nothing!

★★☆☆☆ To sign in you need a verification code that they are meant to email to you, but I never get a verification code EVER - not in spam, not when you click resend. It makes it IMPOSSIBLE to use the app, such badly coded rubbish!

★★☆☆☆ I called Jet2's customer number to book airport medical assistance, it told me to download this app to do it. I download this app, and it talks about assistance, but gives me no option to add it; then says I should call the number (which does not get answered)... *I hope to edit this into a positive review when this issue is resolved.

★★☆☆☆ First experience very poor; just installed it. Confirmed by fact that the 'tell us more' box on this review won't open. Address database two years out of date. Won't add my booking, despite entering correct ref number. Instructions not clear. Reliability is therefore suspect before I've even managed to add my booking or use it. Easy Jet app far superior.

★★☆☆☆ Terrible app, won't even load. Seems to take a few attempts to actually open, crazy it's been like this for a month+
