Here we Go my JBL sound bar family, Before absolutely anything. Connect your sound bar to your Ethernet Via Cable. Make sure your Sound bar is off. You will see a display that said Load and then turn it on . Then it will say there is an Update, and it will start downloading you will see 10% 20% and so on until it's 100% updated. Then it will say Load again. Leave it for a while it's updating all the new software. After that your app will work. I know they should explain on the website.

Wish it at least had a basic Bluetooth remote, but it was helpful since I don't have the remote for it until I get a replacement in the mail.

Like everyone else that's reviewe it, this app is literally useless. I'm trying to get this sound bar to connect to my TV and you can't even get past the Wi-Fi setup. It makes no sense. If this sound bar wasn't a gift from someone I would be taking it back.

This app is broken junk. It gets stuck in a loop trying to connect to the JBL speaker Wi-Fi and won't proceed with set-up. I bought the soundbar a year ago and couldn't get it to work then either. I just revisited it and got the same results.
