Really wanted to use/like this app. A reliable irc android client should exist. Unfortunately all I get is "write errors". No idea what this means (with the apps' context) or how to debug...? I would absolutely troubleshoot/debug if I could. Too bad. Really wanted this to work.

Why does it disconnect from my EFNet Server every time I close it to run in the background, or any idle time..? Does it just give up on connection if you don't look at it for 5 mins? Do I have to keep it open front and center to retain a connection, that's ridiculous?

So if someone from 1 channel asks you a question like how many users you have.and you don't have to count every nick.its basic information most people would like to see . Irc is not only talk. Alot of servers channels like fun stuff...

Limits chats. For a paid client I'd expect it not to limit the target change too fast. However, that is usually what happens. When trying to start new chats it often tells me target changed too fast wait blank seconds

I deleted Android IRC Folder now I can't make backup. FYI I have Android 12 tried to restore a backup I had from that folder but still both backup and restore fails
