Please work on improving the pharmacy search feature. It is currently very frustrating to use. It would be better if it automatically showed pharmacies in the same town as the patient’s zip code. Or if it could detect the pharmacy that the patient tends to use from the medical record of past prescriptions. That would save a lot of hassle. At the least, please let us type in “pharmacy name and town” in the search rather than needing to do an advanced search to type in the pharmacy, town, state.

Overall intuitive to use. Whole process of setting up for control substances was convoluted and confusing.

It was working great for some time. Now, my epcs authentication does not work. I have deleted and redownloaded id.me and prescribe, I have deleted id.me keys and reinstalled. Still epcs authentication fails. It's not an android issue since the same error happens on my ipad. I am paying $30+ a month for this app, but now I have to waste time on the phone calling in controlled substance rxs to pharmacies. This is insane.

Very difficult and cumbersome to set up, especially EPCS. Often EPCS does not work properly once set up. Setting up new patients and sending prescriptions are much more laborious than they should be. Cannot write a prescription now, and support team has not responded to my request for help.

Haven't been able to link my doximity account with this app to date. I love doximity. This app will not connect the two apps. S22 user with latest system update of android. Not related to either phone or system as I have had this issues since prior to my s22. I never took action until now.
