I've been using this app for a little over a week now to track my intermittent fasting windows, food, water, etc. So far so good. I like the daily tips to read each day for motivation. I got the basic plan. The only things I would love to see improvements on are, 1. Being able to edit your logged meals day of, in case a mistake is made, 2. An in-app calorie counter for meals that are not on the app., and 3. A system to locate recipes that are said vegetarian without going through every recipe

It is very helpful I often forget to drink water. Sometimes I think I'm hungry, but I'm thirsty and when I drink water I feel better. Therefore these reminders help me lose weight. If I feel hungry I drink water 1st.

This is great for beginners on fasting but when someone like myself has been rolling coastering for years with weight loss. Ended up not once but twice enrolled in bariatric surgery option and this program Fast Easy isn't any different from bariatric. Overall this will be great for beginners and those who are starting, but not good for people like myself. Overall I give a four-star review and not a five is bc you're not showing me anything different from what I already know from bariatric.

Takes you through a bunch of questions then asks for money. Just want a tracker app. Not a money grabbing app.

Doesn't do anything. I'm not sure what you're getting with the subscription. The app doesn't do anything other than keep your notes. You have to manually start your fast and end it. If you don't stop it at your eating window the clock just keeps running, or if you forget to start the timer it won't start your fast. You can add your start time after, if you're going to do it all manually why pay? It does provide some recipes, but they suck, I can google better recipes that fit me. Waste of money

It doesn't work for me, and I am trying to cancel my subscription, but it's telling me to check to see if I have the right email. It does not give me an option to cancel, so I will be contacting my bank institution to dispute the charges.
