Sadly I am about to stop using the app, unfortunately I have 2 deposit transactions ($270 and $300) with them for over two weeks, and it is frozen, I don't receive a refund, and it doesn't reflect in the app neither. Since November 27th I am trying with the customer service which gave me several 48h and saying the two cases is being reviewed/check by the higher management, but I see no results. I have been on chats with many people (Giovanna, Angela,ICAO.) & nothing At the end no support at all.

They blocked my account without sending an email saying a transaction didn't get through. It's been a week since I called support and my account is still blocked. They are a decent option WHEN their systems actually work. I shouldn't be punished for lack of communication on their part.
