I've been a lifetime subscriber to Instaread since before they launched an Android app. It's an incredible service and I love the new content that gets added with such regularity. The only thing keeping me from giving the app a full 5-star review is the lack of dark mode. I can appreciate the black/white aesthetic of their brand, but almost every app I use regularly has a dark mode option and I vastly prefer it to the traditional view.

I couldn't unsubscribe and neither request for refund. 'The contact us' form For link for refund does not exist. Why you make it so complicated to unsubscribe? Even when I am charged, I could not access the book for FREE!! What's the point of paying for subscription?!

STOP DEDUCTING UNSUBSCRIBE ME The monthly deductions have continued even after the free trial period. However, I am not able to download or listen to any content. Additionally, I am not able to unsubscribe. I have tried to follow the instructions on the FAQs. 1. On App, there is no hamburger icon 2. On the website, I can only view the subscription plans available but not able to cancel my subscription. 3. I am not able to request for support /help on the app. The 'request' tab is not active.
