The app sucks, never worked for the delivery of packages. Customer service just sent me the code and hang up without asking if there was anything else or being nice or asking me what package ID or so I had. Could have been any ones package, think of the security!

Doesn't work on Android 12. No packages show up even though I have a package arriving with the correct email and phone number.

Deliveries and returns don't appear in the app since January. Today I received a package that I have to return. Following instructions didn't work as the ID number not accepted. Instable phone busy and no help via email. The same situation with Bud bee was handled in less than 5 minutes. Are you aware that you have competition?
