Clinical scenario, and investigations and coming to a diagnosis part is awesome, but you can also add management part, like medical treatment, interventions and surgical procedures. In the investigation part too, I like to hear the murmer, see the radiographic findings, if at all they are positive, instead of wordings, otherwise very good app for problem-solving questions.

The only things missing are maybe pictures associated with cases, and treatment. Overall great app.

Being too specific with a diagnosis means you get a wrong diagnosis.... Alcohol induced acute pancreatitis with infected necrosis is a wrong diagnosis, but Alcohol induced acute pancreatitis is the right one.... Very disappointed
