First time using these lockers and had always been a bit scared of the thought. So simple...literally press the 'open remotely' button on your phone as you approach the lockers and the relevant door for your parcel flies open. Fairly quick delivery and the app showed updates along the way. Great stuff.

I've installed the app in order to send a parcel. I opened an InPost webpage with a detailed instruction on how to send it using the app. But there's no option to send in the app, only to track, so the instructions are completely inaccurate. Fix it InPost

I would not bother contacting inpost with any issues about your parcels. Have they donen't care. And are extremely unhelpful and rude. The driver said he tried to deliver my parcel, and he left a card. There was no attempt to deliver my parcel has there been 4 of us in the house and no one came to deliver it. We are in all day. And I was told of the first person I spoke to that they should try 3 times to deliver then it will go back to the seller. And it hasn't zero 🌟.

UTTERLY USELESS with the chatbot. Can't understand anything & I speak clear English. NOTHING BUT TROUBLE & HASSLE. Can't get put through to speak to an actual person & lockers arnot even recognizing qr code or collection code with mobile number either. InPost are one of the worst of the delivery companies I've used & will prioritize others before using this whenever I possibly can.

Three separate parcels missing, attempted delivery twice, by all accounts, no reason given for failed delivery and all on the same day, one was delivered, so why weren't the other 3? No way to contact InPost to speak to an 'actual' person to find out where my lost items are. I won't be using this service again.

I find inpost itself very slow and unreliable. Twice now my selected lockers have been full, and my urgent parcels have been delayed. The app could give opportunities to change locker in that instance surely?
