This app worked fine with a Wi-Fi heater controller last year. Now I've updated, my login credentials are gone, and I have to crawl under my RV to reset the device. I hate it when devs make simple devices difficult to work with.

I really think this app is a ridiculous combination of attempts to grab as much data and profit as possible. Why else on earth would you want to combine a food thermometer and 'smart home'. As far as the thermometer: the app is mediocre at best, probably due to a lack of focus, unable to easily set temperatures accurately (rolling dial) instead of up/down & simply typing the temperature. No simple function to predict when temperatures are going to be reached... No Ink Bird for me ever again...

Very poor app for the BBQ temperature controller. It's very slow to update with delays of over 30 mins on the temperature - really bad for trying to cook BBQ. The layout is not good, temperature scale is on the left of the screen and the reading on the right. It compresses the graph, so it's not possible to see the temp history over time on the main screen. It also looses data randomly. Hoping they fix it soon with an update.
