★★★★★ Super I never had a problem. Everything I want to do with any of my accounts is easy fast and efficiently done with ease.

★★★★★ It's been a while since I had used my ing account due my phone fell in the water where we used to live in the boat of my (ex) partner. And now 2024 just opening and updating my account online. And amazingly I am able to open it? I know some people might say it's not safe if I did able to retrieved my account. But it is connected with the government app itsme. And now I'm incredibly happy. But my ex asked me nicely if he can detached me to our joint account. I said, Yes! But after I visited ING.
★★☆☆☆ Unable to log on as its said unapproved all the time and never get the code! No response from ING :-(
★★☆☆☆ The ING app delivers a terrible customer service experience. I contacted support through the in-app chat, but the representative closed the conversation without assisting or giving me a chance to resolve my issue. My account remains unusable for in-store payments, and calling support was useless. When I tried to update my address using the app, I had to use 'It's Me,' which failed due to an API error. The app's functionality feels outdated and unreliable, making it a highly frustrating experience
