After 2–3 days this app crashes and gives the error "oops there seems to be some problem" and I have to uninstall and reinstall this app to make it work again...this has been going on for last 3–4 months. I am fed up with it

Totally useless. Every month you need to change password and authenticator does not work anymore. You can't sign in your own documents. Asking for code from authenticator. Then I open that app and there is asking me code from authenticator to complete sign in. You are the authenticator!!!!!?? This is unbelievable glitch from Microsoft/Infosys. Can't believe that these companies are rich and famous with this kind of amateur IT people. One single app does not work in this company

While applying WFH it's throwing an error saying that "you have already availed maximum permissible WFH for the week/Month" even though I have 2 wfh days balance for this week. What is this? I have been facing this from Friday. If we work in night shift hours and if we apply wfh it wasn't throwing error earlier like wfh exceeded, but now it's throwing. Please fix this issue.

Slow, laggy. Using this app brings back memories of using the internet in the 90s. I cry a little every time I have to use this app because chances are, something won't work. Especially having to spend an hour just to get my timesheet submitted without errors.
