Does not Add Spa / Android S22 Ultra I tried to download the app and create an account. I was able to do that. After which, ADD SPA it just spins with it not adding spa. I Uninstaller and tried several times with no results. My husband was able to on his iPhone, after the spinning and searching for more than 10 minutes. I read someone said they had a mesh network. We do as well. I will try to adjust. ***update it is working since changing mesh router and phone connection.

App does exactly what I need it to do: remotely monitor and adjust my hot tub's temperature. It also allows me to turn the pump on and off remotely, which is great when I need to add chemicals w/ the pump running but don't want to be tied to the hot tub for ~15 minutes; I can just flip the pump off from the app from wherever I happen to be.

Has this over a year now. It's okay, better for those with lower spec control panels as they get features they don't have. I have K1000 panel, I don't get features that are available on panel, which is disappointing. I guess it runs on a basic set of skills regardless of your control panel. I do like being able to see temp without having to trek outside, remove weatherproof cover and lift lid etc. Helps me see temp drop, so I know how long to put on standard and eco for.

Most of the time app does not connect to hot tub even though there is a strong wireless signal.

Works pretty well with my Aqua Terra Fairfax hot tub, only reason for 1 star is the lack of dark mode.

On Android S10 5G phone I get no notifications at all. The app itself works. The whole purpose to buy a Bullfrog Spa was the notifications if the cover was removed and if the tub went offline ie loss of power. No notifications on Android phone.
