The required photo upload for the profile is super glitchy. I tried for 30 minutes with two In-Shape staff who finally gave up and told me not to worry about it. Cal Fit was better before In-Shape.

I switched over due to Cal Family Fitness merging with In Shape and this app is terrible compared to the Cal Family Fitness one. That app could track meals, workouts, and check ins. I could even log my weight and still schedule classes. This app is basically a marketing tool. You can see the classes and sign up for the rewards and that's about it. This may be good for those wanting to take advantage of the perks but does nothing to help track your actual fitness.

App and backend is very poorly implemented. Requiring membership number instead of email as a user ID is annoying but not being able to paste into the password field is insane. In shape doesn't support good information security practices. Facilities are passable at best
