★★☆☆☆ I hate this app so much for these 3 reasons: 1. You can't store multiple payment methods. So if you have more than one checking account, you have to delete one account and add the other one every time you want to make a payment. 2. If you make a mistake on your payment, too bad because you can't edit it or delete it. You can only delete "scheduled" payments, not "pay now" payments and customer service won't delete it for you either. 3. You have to enter a text message code with every login.

★★☆☆☆ Only primary account holder can access app. Make sure the primary account holder knows they are the only ones who can pay the bill.

★★☆☆☆ Cannot find Imprint credit account. No way to check balance. This is useless to me.
