I hope you will bring some more innovative features. Such as opening and closing FDR/Islamic accounts, encasement, closing and opening the foreign part of the card, and bringing in features from BRAC, Citi, Mutual Trust Bank, and EBL.

Lacks most functionalities that are by default provided by other banks’ apps. Crashes while tryna see info of card, and then straight up LIES about there being a 'maintenance'. IFIC, fire your entire app development team and get proper ones with good development budget who can actually implement stuff. And add better transfer, bkash, payment and other features. It's 2025 ffs
