The service provider is getting pretty good, the video call for the identification started quickly, and the identification with my ID card went smoothly, a year ago I remember being in a que for like 30 mins, but I guess in the personal experience, it may also depend on "for what kind of service you are registering yourself for". It probably also depends on your tech setup, if everything is connected well, you'll have a good time. If you got an old device with a bad camera quality it's tricky.

The Picture taking was a bit problematic. The picture that you take in the frame just becomes smaller and a lot of extra space is photographed. Otherwise, the experience were very smooth.

Very bad. I repeated the process 3x and have to rein put the data all over again each time. Once, the staff said the identification was successful, then I got an email saying that it failed.

The worst identification experience I've ever had. The woman that is supposed to identify my ID just stayed silent, and when I greeted her, she just giggled, hung up the phone and denied my identification process. Totally unprofessional.

Completely uselessness. All agents hung up on me for no reason. At least 5 people saw me on camera and immediately cut the call. Absolutely no feedback on why this is happening besides a generic error message.

Worst experience ever. Had to use it in order to have my prepaid sim card activated. Video call staff wasn't just impolite - they messed with the data I had entered previously, then blocked further attempts to use video ident. Calling center agent was rude and incompetent, hung up on me and -apparently- didn't answer any calls any more by anybody.
