After they collect all my documents including selfie with ID, they e-mailed me info that their service is not available in my country, which is an EU country by the way. They are scammers collecting documents for other purpose.

If you're looking for some away to make fast exchange don't use this platform, every time I try to finish and get the money transfer they ask for something new. I'm not using this platform anymore. Not fast, very complicated.
