Was mega skeptical about this App having read the reviews... So much so that I emailed the office asking if bugs etc. had been fixed. They told me there had been several upgrades to the App, but any issues I could just grab a paper ticket from the office in central. Downloaded the App, bought 3 x 72hr passes.... From day 1 no issues at all! Been on the trams every day, This is Holland, boat tour, Museums and the zoo etc... All working perfectly and no heavy consumption of battery. TOP STUFF.

Terrible, ordered an Amsterdam card digital version and the app says the code has already been registered.... no response when contacting them either. Have updated the review, after it was changed to a physical card I had no issues other than it didn't work for travel after activation, this wasn't an issue as I already had a travel card. Highly recommend just using a physical card as it was a much better experience.

Absolutely no issues. I was initially put off by the bad reviews of the App, but I can say that I never encountered any. We saw 10 attractions and the app was simply scanned at each one, no issues.

The performance is meh, but the worst part is that for some places you cannot just show your barcode, but you have to go register online even though it's not indicated on the card, and there is no information about how to book tickets online with it and the museums' websites seems to have no idea about this card in their online ticket sales pages. For example: the Maritime museum. Just not a particularly good value

I've just arrived in Amsterdam, I opened the app to activate my card, but the app keeps crashing. It only loads a white screen with "I Amsterdam city card" written in black then it crashes. This is extremely inconvenient, and I am unable to use my card now. I have to find a selling point in the city and try to convince them to provide me with an alternative. 😤😤😤
