★★★★★ Excellent app in English as well. Online chat support is definitely excellent. Staff are friendly, knowledgeable and courteous. My only criticism is that when attempting to scan the parking ticket, the app freezes and shuts down. Needs improvement in ticket scanning. Thank you, Istanbul airport. The world's best airport! Real great staff and management backed up by an amazing number 1 airline ♥

★★☆☆☆ ☆☆☆☆★ hi I am Sian Clark I am really friendly I was sexy when I came to this airport, but I said hahaha because I saw someone doing a silly thing I said "Kayhehehehe" but than I slipped, and I cried on my knees being sexy 😭😭😭 that was hard I visit on the 6th of November 2021 not 2019 I thought it was but 2021! Someone found me crying on my knees being sexy and said are you ok, and I said yes luckily he didn't ask me why I'm on my knees and being sexy well that's ok! But 1 star I think sorry

★★☆☆☆ App not allowing me to complete signing up as can't enter "Nationality". Drop to select Nationality isn't working and can't sign up because of this.

★★☆☆☆ Whant to buy premium package, but can't sign up. Sms verification didn't work. Not possible to sign-in. No email verification. Bad application for so good airport. Airport lose money by unable to clients to buy services.
