Server Detection Had this app on iphone . This version is terrible in comparison. Where is the detect server function?

NO EFFECTS NOR COLOR TRANSFORM! The color wheel works fine, but there are NO effects listed under the EFFECTS menu nor anything under COLOR TRANSFORMS! I tried downloading the free version too just to try and It's all the same.
