Had issues for 2 months. App opened, I was able to connect to Outage and Reporting but not to My Account. MyAccont Log in Looped and forced me to close all background apps. Even as the only app open it would go into a loop cycle. This prevented me from seeing my usage and billing information. Rather than write a negative review I thought it more valuable to be a part of the solution. Call H₁ HelpDesk and tell them your challenges. They can help. Problem resolved with access to My Account.

Excellent. Regardless of other reviews, just downloaded app, logged in and could access all features effortlessly. Getting outage alerts, account information, usage information etc. Does require log in and verification, which was not an issue. Sofar, I rate this app as very useful, informative and accurate. Will update in a few months after experiencing a service request and statistical data on usage information and a few billing cycles.

Unable to login. If I use a password manager, it just keeps asking for my login credentials. If I type the password in manually, the screen just flashes and doesn't let me in.

This app used to work but for the past 6 months or so I haven't been able to use it. It won't log me in and just flashes a white screen over and over. Extremely annoying and frustrating. You'd think after months and months of this happening there would have been an update/fix to this issue but nope. Also, when power is out, and I wanted to report it using this app, it wouldn't find my address, and so I couldn't report the outage because according to the app, my house doesn't exist. Pls fix!

Can never log in...just like others have said, it takes my login info and then the page just flashes and flashes forever. Always have to try to log in via a webpage outside the mobile app.

Unable to log in at all. Called Hydro One who said the app is working well. That is COMPLETE NONSENSE as screen just keeps flashing!
