★★★★★ Still unable to save payment confirmation with the app getting stuck. This is standard on other mobile banking apps. Very disappointed that HSBC has screwed up a feature that was working.

★★★★★ The last update broke the transfer slip saving feature. Up to today, no action has been taken to fix it.

★★☆☆☆ The app stopped working and always said, "We are sorry. We can't connect you to online banking. Please try again later."

★★☆☆☆ For the past 4 days, I have been unable to log into the HSBC app as it kept giving, "We're sorry, we couldn't connect you to online banking. Please try again." Please fix your app. I am not able to track my transactions!

★★☆☆☆ Worst mobile banking app ever. The bank takes months to fix issues in the app as well.
