This app is a waste. Just give me a small plastic card I can show at the games. It is incredibly obnoxious to have to search for an event and claim the tickets for each event.

I tried purchase 6 tickets... it said I had timed out... I went back an ordered the 6 tickets... it showed 6 and the cost... I paid... in the email I received, it said 12 tickets and the cost of 12... I was able to give the tickets away... but my tickets the 2, I got for me and the wife show the 2 tickets, 2 only, Seniors... I was charged for 6 tickets... I took screenshots... and the app does not ever find my tickets. I have to go online. Worst service ever... You are making money screwing us.

I've had to pay twice for an event in the past because the app won't allow you to view and save a ticket qr code. You should be able to view and scan tickets after purchase. I'm not a fan of this app. They wouldn't refund my money either.
