Great company. You can set your own hour, and the money is decent.

The app is great I only have 2 problems with it. 1st and very important is it doesn't alert you when your clients have messaged. There really needs to be an alert something that shows that there are unread messages. And an alert sent to phones. The second problem is lack of support. I have put several messages to the support chat and I never hear back from them. This is not ok. For us or for clients. There should be a number to call especially in emergencies. Otherwise, I love the app.

If you are serious about working......this is a great platform. You don't have to pay for leads, and you set your hours and pay. I promise you, whatever financial goal you have..... you will get. The jobs are posted and available for you to claim. Great customer service and willingness to present your best work is what keeps Home aglow a great Cleaning platform with lots of clients waiting for you to claim bookings so YOU can get your money right.

It's a scam. They advertised a one time cleaning service and are now saying it's a 6-month contract and want $200 to cancel it. It's not worth it. RUN

This company is dishonest and treat their cleaners bad - like they are lower. We, house cleaners work hard for little pay. And this company preys and capitalizes on this. If you need to cancel on short notice they will charge you. Fair enough, but if the clients do it (Which happens nonstop) you are not compensated. I've driven from Baltimore to DC for a job, the client canceled 30 min before, so I picked another in DC but was no show. No compensation. And they limit how many jobs you can take.
