★★★★★ It has been probably 6 weeks since I had stretched and worked out, so I was a little nervous getting back into it, but this app eases you into it by having you stretch first and then start your personalized workout based on your own assessment. I was worried I wouldn't feel it at all, or I'd be way too tired and just give up halfway through, but it was perfect. I seriously can't wait to get up in the morning and see what exercises are in-store for me.

★★☆☆☆ Another paying app for fitness, and another waste as you get a trial and have to give your cc so that when the trial is over, they can charge your cc. So how can you get 3 days of trial to see if it's worth it. What a waste of 3 days. I didn't even bother as you can't do anything in 3 days. So, another wasted app just to get what you can at a gym membership. What a crying shame when people should be concerned about helping instead of greed for money. My advice don't get unless you lazy at gym
