I registered with the App in January 2024, on the website it says a FREE birthday pizza. My Birthday just passed a few days ago. They don't care about your birthday. The app doesn't show you your birthday and on the website you can't sign in, you can only sign up and to make matters worse, you can't update your Profile on the app and hopefully see if they got your birthday right. There's obviously false advertising on their website.

The app doesn't show you the amount to spend in order to receive a reward. I've spent over $400 in the restaurant and online orders yet have not received any rewards nor do I know how much more I need to spend to receive a reward. The old app was way better...they shouldn't even advertise that they have a rewards program because even the employees don't know how it works. It's a scam to me.

I give 1 star only because there is no option to order a thin crust or extra thin crust on the app. Even on the website there's no option. Please make this selection available.
