Pre-scheduled pick up and drop off from/to airport in Kauai and had no issues. On-time pick-ups and very friendly drivers.

It's unfair for me to review this app. I don't live on O'ahu. Might be useful for residents and travelers to O'ahu. However, I'm sure Las Vegas is not a ride-share pick up or drop off unless you start ride-sharing with airline pilots, and technically you could consider flights to be a ride-share; smile. Psst also Thebes brads and vistas. Installed and Opened. UI looked good so far; smile. Might want to rename to simply HoloHolo.

For the time being, the app is great for scheduled pick-ups, which works for visitors who plan on taking a lot of tours/appointments/airport pick-ups. I didn't have much luck for ASAP pick-ups, mostly due to lack of drivers with the app. One thing to note, I prefer holoholo vs. Lyft/Uber because drivers do get paid more % from the fare (heard from drivers themselves; that seems fair). Also, an actual human is behind the customer service line and helps you directly (what?) 😮 Used it in Hawai'i.

Requested a ride, but there was never a driver assigned to me. After about 5 minutes of waiting for a driver to be assigned with no luck I cancelled the order, and I'm still being charged $50. Doesn't make any sense since I was never even assigned a driver! Do not use.

Terrible scheduled a reservation and no cars were available at the time then when I went to cancel it charged me 12 bucks?!?!?! Just trust me stick to uber there's at least always drivers and my uber ride was cheaper than what holo would've been. Just a complete waste. Definitely don't recommend for travels to the airport.
