This app hasn't been updated since its release. For the past month It's constantly crashing. Apps need to be upgraded regularly, or bugs will run rampant and infest it. If you don't fix it, I'll need to see another therapist. And I don't want to. Fix it!

Completely useless for behavioral health, therapy, counseling, and psychiatry. Why say on your app visit now if you have to wait an entire 3 weeks just to speak to someone. Facetious and really just a whole waste of time.

The app is inflexible as far as searching and gaining information. Extremely unfriendly and rigid. You must know exactly how / what to enter to search i.e. You cannot enter a physicians name and expect that to pull any Information. My point being You must know exactly how or where to look before entering any access or search. But no tips as to where a particular physician might be. So you must search each tile. It is unclear how the data was entered, so it could be searched and extracted.

It is very difficult to switch between patient s. You have to go all the way out and come back in. We only see one doctor. Why doesn't that doctor come up as the first choice? Why do I have to search each time for that doctor?

Keeps crashing and logging me out when I try to connect with my doctor. My phone is Galaxy S23 Ultra. Completely useless APP. Clearing cache and data does nothing.
