★★★★★ I can't pay in to my second vehicle how can I pay that

★★☆☆☆ Can't log in with my Google Pixel 7 Pro mobile phone. The Captcha verification code couldn't show. I've tried to update and uninstall the app. Still no avail

★★☆☆☆ The intention is good, but the execution is abysmal. The app is cumbersome. It requires a Captcha login every time. Even my banking app doesn't require that. Why isn't there a biometric/fingerprint login? The autopay would work for a month or two. After which, it will require relinking/resetting because of system update. This has happened to me twice. This defeats the whole purpose of the HKeToll scheme.

★★☆☆☆ I hate it every time I use the app that I have to log in. Why can't I stay loged in or use my biometric scan.

★★☆☆☆ Rubbish app. Need to enter password AND check code EVERY TIME you log in. Doesn't even support fingerprint login. Oh wait... It's managed by Autotoll? No wonder!
