I HATE the HGV app. EVERY time l sign in l am told the info is incorrect. NO. It is not incorrect. I am required to change password and get immediate access but an hour later when I try to sign in with new password, l get error message again. Last time l "reset" password to exactly the same one and got entry which should not even be possible.

I would give a negative star review if I could. In my opinion ever since the purchase of Diamond Resorts HGV doesn't seem to care much about the original owners unless you are willing to upgrade to MAX then you can download the new app (only accessible to max members). I've personally been very disappointed with HGV especially after upgrading again before the Diamond purchase being told that I would have the ability to utilize all the Diamond Resorts (now only available to MAX members).
