I had same issues and I saw one review as the person had same problem and called cust care and they asked him to install xvr pro instead . I tried same and it works fine . Install xvr pro and use local login and add device same all info given in hifocus hd and it works good . But I don't know how to see recording .if anyone know kindly help.

Live camera not working in this app. Install xvr pro app for alternative way and config. works. Playback & images options in hamburger menu available to view recordings & record the playback. Select from & to date with timings & select the cameras from the list to playback and record.

Before Update HIFOCUS HD is working Good but After update of HIFOCUS HD is not working properly, Automatically stopped and Hang the device .... HIFOCUS is not Responding. Before Update rating 5 star... But now i am not able to give Rating Alternative app is Having or Not.

Nowadays this app does not work it shows to update to latest version but no update is available it hang up in few second earlier it was good but now it became a waste
