I'm starting to get annoyed with this app. When I bought it, the main promotion was that it didn't have a subscription... well, now it does! Second, pictures. I uploaded pictures of my dog, and when I was trying to look at them, you can only see 10... 10!!! I uploaded at least 20. I'm getting tired of this app, I don't even know why I bought a replacement tag. I was having problems before it.

The tags are good size if used on a cat or small animal for but a full size dog, they are way too small. Only about 50% of the time were we able to read the tag. 3 Android phones (2 Pixel 7s, 1 Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra) and 3 different iPhones (2 14s and 1 15 Pro) and could only get the tag to read on 1 of the pixels, the Galaxy and on 1 of the iPhones. Very disappointed. I can't return because it's personalized, so now I'm stuck with a very expensive name tag that MIGHT help locate him if lost
