Easy to use the app and to follow along with the exercises. I'm using the free version of the app which still gives you an abundance of exercises you can do. It's easy to create your own workout and exercise collections and your own programs. I really enjoy the 7-minute whole body warm up routine.

I love Chris, but this app is s***. Can't reset my password, can't create a new account. Nobody answering my support request via email.

You can subscribe but no unsubscribe, and you pay forever, the app and the webpage doesn't have the unsubscribe option, BE CAREFUL WITH THAT!

You literally cannot cancel your subscription, reset your password, or contact anyone for customer support. Well, you can, but they don't respond. I had to call my bank to halt the recurring payment on my debit card because there was no way to do it from within the app. Workouts are fine, and app functionality is okay but stick to the free version and spend your money on a better app
