This app needs a lot of work, very often the machines refuse to start after you have paid for the cycle and I have to reset the app. This wouldn't be a big problem but every now and then it'll charge the cost of the machine basically charging me for a cycle that did not start, and then I have to pay for the cycle over again. I would continue to us the cards instead of the app, because right now you're just as likely to lose your money as to actually do any laundry.

DO NOT INSTALL. It completely rips me off. I use my credit card, and it doesn't put the money on my laundry card, and the company doesn't honor the receipt for a refund. I am super pissed.
