I used to love program but now not so much since they've changed it and combined the healthy food and utility together. I'd love if they went back to the old way of the healthy food and utility separate. I do enjoy the new program called Fitness and OTC benefits.

This app used to work. I could use it to check my balance on my card. At some point it decided when I logged in with biometrics it would skip letting me in and land on the login page and lock me out. I have been unable to get in for months. Today I went to the store and my account came up unauthorized. I have had so many issues with this app. Use with caution!

I bought items on the list on the website and did not get the discount. I can't see a list of eligible food on the mobile app and there is no bar scanner to use in the store to see if something is discounted. There seems to be no purpose to this app.
