★★★★★ so, so grateful for this (truly) free mindfulness meditation app. I love the ability to change the duration of the practice and choose between sitting/active practice. I listen to the "fall asleep with awareness" practice almost every night to help fall asleep

★★★★★ High-quality meditation program carefully prepared to take you from zero to as far as you can go. I found a lot of answers here, and it feels like I am among friends.

★★☆☆☆ Only been using the app for about ten minutes. Prompted for rating. Can't give any feedback so far.

★★☆☆☆ Not happy with the content. ADHD is a neurodevelopmental condition not a mental health condition and the Emotional Styles quiz doesn't take into account autistic response to situations like social awkwardness. I don't know just not for me. It's presenting things too cut and dry when there's far more nuance.
