Update 5Feb: Wrote to contact center whose staff advised to send diagnostic report from the app and partial syncing issue was resolved on day 7. Credits go to the prompt response by HPB contact center. 👍 30Jan: Is there any bug recently? Couldn't sync sleep hours since CNY 29Jan. Strange though as steps and MVPA were sync-ed as usual. Guess I should reserve my rating till it's fixed.

One week's data and points totally gone and unsynced when my old/previous tracker stopped responding after I tried to reactivate it as the syncing kept running but never finished... Why is it that the number of points rewarded keep going down rather than going up? More points for higher scorers? Could blood pressure monitoring function be incorporated into the next tracker? The team has been working hard and doing a good job. Thanks!

Update Review: Been using this since implemented. Have gone down to center once to update version cuz not recording properly. Taken a new one but tracking not good enough to collect points. Been still on the first tracker until totally spoil. Stay healthy while clocking points to redeem voucher. The best idea ever to get people to move butt and still be rewarded. 😂😂😂😜 1/11/2021Useless app. Whole day trying to sync cannot sync. Keep error. How useful can it be. Give up🤦😤😠

Cannot sync with the watch provided. Cannot sync with Samsung health. Watch says 3k steps it only appear 100 steps. Samsung health say 9k steps it only show 30 steps

It's too difficult to scan the QR code issued by Ntuc for Health points.

Worst app... Connected with Garmin Connect as step tracker, enabled all the permission, it just doesn't sync your steps. Forever stuck at "let's start to sync". From last year, I tried multiple times to reconnect, reinstall. It just didn't work. This year I tried to install and connect my Garmin Connect with it again, it still the same thing. The app never improves. Really a bad app...
