★★☆☆☆ Had to wait 2 hours for a virtual urgent care visit. Got disconnected once and had to jump back into the end of the line. Then wait another 2 hours. With my health share's previous provider, we've never had to wait more than 20 minutes.

★★☆☆☆ If I could give this a negative 5 stars I would. I saw a doctor through this health tap a month ago and when I tried to schedule an another appointment for a follow-up with that same doctor then it claims that there was an error with updating my contact information. I contacted health tap and someone emailed and said they would get back to me, but they didn't. They didn't care about that I was going to run out of medication and that I needed to see the doctor. Do I smell a lawsuit? Yes I do!
