I was pleasantly surprised when I started using this intuitive app. You can keep track of your visits, view lab reports and medications, and find Health Hub clinics on the map. Doctor names and their profile pics are also displayed. Welcome to the future of premium health care. This app has set a gold standard for all other healthcare providers as patients have the right to access their health records in an easy and timely fashion. Please keep up the good work. Health Hub is a good concept...affordable health care. However, better monitoring of their operational systems is required for a smooth patient experience. I have experienced four(4) Health hub facilities as a patient numerous times and by far, the most efficient one is in Al Warqa'a. Their intake is fast, they keep you abreast of any issues that might affect you, the doctors are responsive to your concerns and questions and the pharmacy is great.(Although it needs a chair for people in need.

Very poor services. Visited the Karma branch recently, the service from the clinic staff was disappointingly slow. Despite having an appointment, the wait times were excessively long. The token number system lacked organization, resulting in confusion and frustration. Experienced a situation where my number was called by mistake, leading to unnecessary back-and-forth. A more efficient and systematic approach to calling out token numbers is needed to improve the overall experience.

The app is not updated according to the doctors' availability at the clinic. Some old doctors are still listed for booking, while new doctors are not available. Please address this issue.

I am so worried about my baby's health using health hub clinic in karma, I've been informing them to call and update me about my baby's influenza swab test approval from insurance for 2 days from the toll free because no one has called me from the clinic and then after that I went there last thursday to complain and inform the reception and nurse about it, finally they assisted me. Today Saturday no one has called me again about the result!! The doctor is good but the staff/system is unorganized.
