What is the point of this app? Provider search is useless because you need to enter the name of the doctor. Thats what im searching for! Duh!

Frustrating! I thought the website was bad. This app is worse. You can't do anything. No bill pay or recurring auto bill pay setup. Provider search requires doctors name. The app and website never remember my device so I have to go through that process everytime. It constantly asks me for location information even if I enter my zip code. I think they hired the same people who setup the original Obamacare site.

Server unavailable I try to log in and the application informs me that the server is unavailable.... try and try but same outcome. 😔
