Headway: 15-Min Book Summaries

★★☆☆☆ Expensive service and just gives you self-help bullet points. I would give it more stars, but I was supposed to get a free trial and instead was charged immediately. Asked for a refund and was denied.

★★☆☆☆ No free trial - misleading advertising. The free trial is only available on the annual subscription. This isn't made clear enough when you are presented with a choice of subscription models including monthly. Of course, they want you to take the annual subscription and be fleeced for £89.99 when you forget to cancel 7 days later. No refund on the monthly charge when I politely explained my error and asked for a refund. I'm glad these thieves only got £10.36 of my money.

★★☆☆☆ Lied about trial, took money immediately and now refuses to provide refund. This company is unethical and simply put thieves. Not to mention slowly reading a book is how it really impacts you. Not with 15 minute recaps thst are easily forgotten. Don't trust this company and don't provide your credit card details, you'll just end up regretting it. Terrible company. Even Google support management is escalating trying to get my money back and headway is fighting them. Not the company to do business
